Pricing questions

Brand plans are Starter at 99 USD a month, Growth at 399 USD and Agency at 999 USD. Paying yearly halves the price, so Starter is 49 USD, Growth 199 USD and Agency 499 USD a month, billed once a year. Creators pay 19 USD a month or 9 USD a month billed yearly.

No. You can run one demo search on the home page without an account and see the first matching creators. Everything else, including unlocking profiles, outreach and campaigns, needs a paid plan.

The fee applies only to payouts you send to creators through the platform: 10 percent on Starter, 7 percent on Growth and 5 percent on Agency. It covers payout processing, creator payout onboarding, tax forms and the payout record. There is no fee on your subscription or on sales.

Limits are counted per billing period. At 80 percent of any limit you see a notice in the app. When a limit is reached you can wait for the next period or upgrade. Deleting a campaign or contact does not give quota back, because the work was already done.

Yes, at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect right away and charge the price difference for the rest of the period immediately. Cancelling stops renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. The Agency plan includes 10 brand workspaces, white-label PDF reports per client, roles and permissions, SSO with Google and Microsoft, an audit log, API access and CSV export, and priority support with a 4 hour response time.
