Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the microinfluencer.co service (MicroInfluencer), a platform where brands and agencies find, contact, hire, track and pay micro creators with 1k to 100k followers, and where creators receive campaign invites, sign agreements and get paid. By creating an account you accept these terms. The service is provided by the administrator of the microinfluencer.co service, reachable at [email protected].
Accounts and workspaces
- You need a confirmed email address to create an account. You keep your password private and you are responsible for activity in your account.
- Brand accounts work inside a workspace. The workspace owner manages the plan, team members, approvals and payouts. Agency plans can hold several brand workspaces.
- Creator accounts hold one creator profile. You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts to use the service.
Plans and billing
- The service is sold as subscriptions only. Brand plans are Starter, Growth and Agency. Creators use the Creator plan. There are no one-time purchases and no credits.
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Yearly billing costs half of the monthly price and is charged once for twelve months.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference for the current period right away. Moving to a lower plan takes effect without a refund to your card.
- Each plan has limits per billing period for campaigns, creator contacts, unlocked profiles and AI usage, as listed on the pricing page. Usage counts when it happens, so deleting a campaign or a message does not return quota. Limits renew with the next period.
- Card payments are authenticated with 3D Secure. Taxes are added where the law requires.
Platform fee on creator payouts
When a brand pays a creator through MicroInfluencer, a platform fee is deducted from the payout: 10 percent on Starter, 7 percent on Growth and 5 percent on Agency. The fee is shown before you approve each payout. The creator receives the agreed amount minus the fee on their payout account. Payouts need an approval by the workspace owner or an admin and a verified payout account on the creator side.
Campaigns, deals and agreements
- A deal is between the brand and the creator. MicroInfluencer provides the tools for search, outreach, negotiation, agreements, gifting, tracking and payouts, and is not a party to the deal itself.
- Agreements signed on the platform record the deliverables, deadlines, rate, usage rights and disclosure rules agreed by both sides. Each side keeps a copy.
- Brands describe products truthfully, deliver gifted product as agreed and pay agreed rates once the content matches the brief.
- Creators publish the agreed content on time, keep it live for the agreed period and disclose every paid or gifted partnership as the law and the platform rules require, for example with #ad or the built-in paid partnership label.
Campaign Autopilot and AI features
Paying workspaces can let Campaign Autopilot find and score creators, send outreach, negotiate within the budget you set and recommend the next campaign. Autopilot never exceeds the budget and never pays a creator without an approval by a person in the workspace. AI output can be inaccurate, so you review shortlists, messages and agreements before you rely on them.
Outreach rules
- Outreach is for genuine business proposals about paid or gifted collaborations. Spam, bulk unrelated offers and harassment are forbidden.
- Every outreach email carries an unsubscribe link. A creator who unsubscribes or opts out cannot be contacted again through the platform by any workspace.
- Workspaces that break these rules can lose outreach access or be suspended.
Content and rights
- Creators keep ownership of their content. The brand gets the usage rights written in the agreement, for the period and channels stated there.
- You give us the permission needed to store, display and process your content and data to run the service for you.
- You do not upload content that infringes rights of others, is illegal, deceptive or harmful.
Creator data in the index
The creator index combines profiles of creators who joined and public statistics available through official platform APIs. Brands use this data only to evaluate and propose business collaborations. Exporting the index for other purposes, reselling it or building mailing lists from it is forbidden. Any creator can correct or remove their data at microinfluencer.co/creator-data.
Acceptable use
You do not try to break or bypass limits, security or payments of the service, access other workspaces, scrape the service, run automated sign ups or use the service for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.
Refunds and withdrawal
Subscription fees are not refunded for a period that already started, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal. Consumers in the European Union who start using the service within the withdrawal period agree that the service starts at once. To request a refund you have the right to, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and we answer within 3 business days.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise that it runs without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the outcome of deals between brands and creators, for sales results of campaigns or for actions of third-party platforms.
Ending the account
You can delete your account in your profile settings at any time after you cancel your subscription. We can end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons stay stored for the period the law requires, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell account holders about material changes by email at least 14 days before they apply. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it applies.
