To find influencers for your brand, start from the product and the buyer, search creators by niche, country and platform, then check engagement, audience location and rate before you reach out. MicroInfluencer turns that into one search with ranked results in minutes.
- Describe the product in plain words, no hashtag guessing
- Engagement, audience country and rate band on every result
- Shortlist, contact and book from the same screen

Most brands begin by typing hashtags into Instagram and scrolling for an evening. The result is a list of accounts that look nice and tell you nothing about who follows them, what they charge or whether they have ever sold anything.
MicroInfluencer works the other way round. You describe the product the way a customer would, and the search maps it to the niches and interests that buy it. A refillable candle brand gets home decor and sustainable living creators, plus gift guide accounts that it would never have found by hashtag.
Every filter is explained on the page about our influencer search tool, including audience age, gender and country.
Three ways to search
Manual scrolling, your customer list or a platform
There are three common ways to find influencers. Each works, but they cost very different amounts of time and give you very different information.
| Hashtag scrolling | Your own customers | MicroInfluencer search | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time for a list of 50 | Two to three days | Depends on your data | Under an hour |
| Audience country visible | No | No | Yes, on every profile |
| Engagement rate | You calculate it by hand | You calculate it by hand | Shown and compared to the band |
| Rate before contact | Unknown | Unknown | Estimated rate band |
| Contact and follow up | Direct messages one by one | Email from your inbox | Sequences and one shared inbox |
| Good for | A first test with five creators | Brand fans who already buy | Ongoing programs at any size |
Your own customers are worth checking first. Many brands have small creators in their order history already. You can add those handles to a campaign manually and run them through the same outreach and tracking as everyone else.
What to check
Five numbers that tell you more than follower count
- Audience in your market
- The share of followers in the countries you ship to. Below 40 percent, even a great post reaches mostly people who cannot buy.
- Engagement against the band
- Likes and comments relative to followers, compared with creators of a similar size. Far above or far below the norm both deserve a second look.
- Average views on video
- For TikTok, Reels and YouTube, typical views per video matter more than followers, because reach comes from the feed.
- Sponsored share
- How many recent posts are ads. A creator who posts an ad every other day has an audience that scrolls past ads.
- Rate band
- What the creator usually charges for your format. Knowing it before the first message keeps the conversation short.
Influencer size
Why we only list creators with 1k to 100k followers
When people search for influencers, they often picture celebrities with millions of followers. Those accounts are expensive, slow to book and rarely the best route to sales for a product brand. A single post can cost more than a full campaign with twenty smaller creators.
Creators with 1k to 100k followers sit closer to their audience. Their comments read like conversations, their recommendations feel personal, and many accept product plus a modest fee or a commission on sales. That makes it possible to test many creators at once and keep the ones who sell.
The trade off is volume. Twenty creators means twenty conversations, twenty addresses and twenty posts to check. That is why the search connects directly to outreach, gifting, codes and payouts in the same workspace.
If you already know you want the smaller end of the range, read the page on how to find micro influencers, with follower bands compared side by side.
From list to launch
What happens after you find the right creators
A list is only useful if it turns into posts and orders. These are the steps that follow in the same account.
-
01
Shortlist
Save the best matches to a campaign and unlock full profiles with contact details.
-
02
Reach out
Send a sequence with personal fields. Follow ups stop the moment a creator replies.
-
03
Agree and ship
Confirm the deal, collect the address once and send the product.
-
04
Track and pay
Each creator gets a code and link. Approve the post and pay from the platform.
Starter covers one campaign with up to 15 creators and 300 unlocked profiles a month. Growth adds five campaigns, the Autopilot and sales attribution. See every limit on the pricing page.
