Influencer campaign management

Influencer campaign management from brief to payout

Influencer campaign management means running every creator through the same steps, from brief and offer to contract, shipping, post and payout, without losing track. MicroInfluencer puts all of it on one board, with a stage, a deadline and a cost for each creator.

  • One board for briefs, offers, contracts, shipping, posts and payouts
  • Deadlines tied to delivery dates, not guesses
  • Cost, posts and sales per creator in the same row

Where campaigns break

Ten creators are easy and forty are chaos

The first creator campaign usually runs on a spreadsheet and goodwill. It works while there are a handful of people involved. Once a campaign reaches thirty or forty micro creators, the cracks show: someone was promised a fee nobody recorded, a parcel went to an old address, a post went live without the discount code, and an invoice sat unpaid for six weeks.

None of these are hard problems on their own. They come from information spread across inboxes, chat threads, a shipping tool and a payments account. Campaign management software exists to put that information in one place and move each creator through the same steps in the same order.

MicroInfluencer does it with a board. Every creator is a card with a stage, the agreed rate, the shipment status, the post link and the payout. You see the whole campaign at a glance and open any card for the detail.

The lifecycle

Seven stages every creator moves through

  1. 01

    Brief

Deliverables, formats, talking points, things to avoid, the deadline and usage rights. Written once with the brief builder and shared with every creator.

  2. 02

    Invite or apply

Send the brief to a shortlist, or publish it so creators in the niche can apply. Applications arrive with the full profile attached.

  3. 03

    Offer

Agree the fee, the product and any commission. On Growth and Agency, budget guardrails keep every offer under your ceiling.

  4. 04

    Contract

Terms turn into an e-sign agreement with deliverables, dates and rights. Both signatures are stored on the creator card.

  5. 05

    Ship

The creator enters an address once, the product ships and the post deadline counts from delivery, not from the day you agreed.

  6. 06

    Post and review

The post link syncs from the platform. Check it against the brief, ask for a change or approve it.

  7. 07

    Pay

Approval triggers the payout to the creator account. Cost and results stay on the card for the next campaign.

Two stages tend to take the most time. Outreach, which the influencer outreach tool handles with sequences and one inbox, and shipping, which the influencer gifting platform handles with address collection and delivery status.

Board versus spreadsheet

What changes when the campaign lives on a board

Spreadsheet campaign compared with a campaign board
Task Spreadsheet and inbox MicroInfluencer board
Knowing who has not replied Search the inbox Stage column and follow ups on schedule
Agreed rate Somewhere in an email thread On the card and in the signed agreement
Shipping address Asked for in a direct message Entered once by the creator, stored encrypted
Post deadline Fixed date, even if the parcel was late Counted from confirmed delivery
Checking the post Open each profile by hand Post link and stats synced to the card
Paying the creator Separate tool, separate records Approve and pay from the card
Campaign report Rebuilt at the end of every month Live totals for cost, posts and sales

After the campaign

Every campaign makes the next one easier

When a campaign closes, its creators do not disappear. Their rates, delivery record and results move into your influencer CRM, so the next brief starts with people you already trust.

Content stays in the library with the rights you agreed, ready for ads or product pages. On Growth and Agency, attributed orders give each creator a revenue figure and a cost per sale.

Starter manages one campaign of up to 15 creators for 49 USD a month billed yearly. Growth handles five campaigns of up to 75 creators each. All limits are on the pricing page.
