Influencer database
An influencer database of micro creators with real stats
The MicroInfluencer influencer database lists micro creators with 1k to 100k followers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, built from opted-in creator profiles and official platform statistics. Each record shows audience country, engagement, average views, rate band and past campaign results.
- Opted-in creators and official platform data, no scraping
- Live stats on profiles that creators connect themselves
- Creators can correct or remove their data at any time

Inside a record
What every creator profile in the database contains
- Identity
- Handle, platform, display name, country and city, plus the niches the creator posts in.
- Reach
- Followers, average views per video and engagement rate, with the follower band it belongs to.
- Audience
- Top audience countries, age split and gender split, so you can check who actually sees the posts.
- Rates
- An estimated rate band for each format, or the exact rate card when the creator has published one.
- History
- Campaigns the creator ran through the platform, with delivered posts and, where shared, attributed sales.
- Status
- Source, last sync date and whether the creator connected the account or opted out.
An influencer database is only as useful as the fields it keeps. Follower counts alone are cheap to collect and easy to fake. What brands need is who sees the posts, how many people watch, what the creator charges and whether they delivered for anyone before.
Every MicroInfluencer record keeps those fields in one view, so you can compare two creators of the same size and see which one has an audience in your market. The database holds only creators with 1k to 100k followers, which keeps it focused on the size of account most product brands can afford to book many times over.
You browse it through filters rather than scrolling. The influencer search tool page explains each filter and how they combine.
Where the data comes from
Two sources and no scraping
Many influencer databases are built by crawling public profiles and storing whatever they can read. That produces big numbers on a landing page and stale, incomplete records in practice. It also leaves creators with no say over how their data is used.
Our records come from creators who join with a Creator plan and connect their accounts through the official platform login, and from public statistics that platforms make available through their official APIs. Connected creators show live numbers. Public records show when they last updated.
Creators manage their own profile, rate card and media kit. Any creator can correct a record or ask for removal, and removal also blocks future outreach from every brand on the platform. Creators who want to be found can read about the platform for creators.
Compared
A creator database versus a list you build yourself
Plenty of teams keep creators in a spreadsheet or buy a scraped list. Here is how those options differ from a maintained database inside a campaign platform.
| Own spreadsheet | Scraped list | MicroInfluencer database | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stats update | When someone remembers | Rarely | Scheduled sync with a visible date |
| Audience country and age | Not available | Guessed or missing | From official platform data |
| Creator consent | Varies | None | Opted in or official APIs only |
| Opt-outs respected | Manual | No | Platform wide suppression list |
| Rates | Notes from old emails | Not included | Rate band or published rate card |
| Next step | Copy into your email client | Copy into your email client | Outreach, gifting and tracking in place |
Your own layer
Notes and results stay with your workspace
The shared database tells you what is public about a creator. Your workspace adds what only your team knows: the rate you agreed last time, how fast they replied, whether the post went out on the date promised, and how many orders their code drove.
That private layer never leaves your workspace. Over a few campaigns it turns the database into a ranked roster of people who already sold for you. The influencer CRM is where those notes, stages and results live.
Unlocked profiles count against your monthly allowance: 300 on Starter, 2,000 on Growth and 8,000 on Agency. Plans start at 49 USD a month billed yearly, and all limits are listed on the pricing page.
