MicroInfluencer

Influencer management platform

The influencer management platform for busy teams

An influencer management platform lets a team run many creators without stepping on each other. MicroInfluencer gives you seats, roles, approvals for offers and payouts, signed contracts, payouts and reports in one workspace, so a small team can manage dozens of micro creators at once.

  • Seats and roles for everyone who touches creators
  • Approvals before offers, contracts and payouts go out
  • Separate workspaces and white label reports for agencies

Approvals

Spending decisions go through the right person

When two or three people manage creators, the risks are predictable. Someone agrees a fee above budget, a contract goes out with the wrong usage rights, or a creator is paid twice because two people saw the same invoice. None of it is malicious. It happens because nobody can see what the others are doing.

MicroInfluencer separates preparing from releasing. A team member drafts the offer, the contract or the payout. Someone with the right role reviews it in an approvals queue and sends it on. Everything is recorded against the creator, so there is never a question about who agreed what.

Roles

Four roles cover how creator teams actually work

Owner

Manages billing, seats and workspace settings. Can do everything an admin can.

Admin

Approves offers, contracts and payouts, sets budgets and edits briefs.

Member

Searches, contacts creators, prepares offers and payouts for approval.

Viewer

Reads campaigns and reports. Useful for founders, finance and clients.

Fine grained roles and permissions, single sign on and the audit log are part of Agency. Growth gives five seats that share one workspace, which suits most in house teams.

Agencies

One login for every client brand

Agencies managing creators for several brands need hard walls between clients. On Agency, each brand gets its own workspace with separate campaigns, creator records, codes, payouts and invoices. Team members only see the workspaces they are assigned to.

At the end of the month, each client receives a white label PDF report with posts, reach, attributed sales and cost per sale under your agency name. API access and CSV export let you feed results into your own dashboards.

Many brands weigh this against hiring an agency in the first place. The page on choosing a micro influencer agency or running the work yourself lays out the trade offs.

Day to day

Less coordination and more creators per person

The real limit on a creator program is how many relationships one person can keep moving. Every task that runs itself raises that limit. Follow ups go out on schedule, addresses arrive through a form, posts sync from the platform, codes track sales and payouts wait in a queue.

What remains is judgement: which creators to pick, what to offer and whether the content is good. That is where a team should spend its time.

Each creator keeps one record across campaigns and team members. Read how the influencer CRM stores rates, notes and results so anyone on the team can pick up a relationship.

Campaigns themselves run on a board with stages from brief to payout, described on the influencer campaign management page.

Influencer management platform questions
